Who is the PRAVOČASNO program intended for?
The program is intended for all adults, including those without health insurance, without a personal doctor, or without permanent residence.
It is suitable for both foreign nationals and individuals with chronic conditions.
How do I join the program?
It’s simple! By clicking “Join now”, you will be redirected to the Pravočasno application, where you complete your registration and make the initial payment.
Upon first joining, a 6-month prepayment of 150€ is required. After the first 6 months, payments continue on a monthly basis.
You can also join the program in person at the reception of ZZ Zdravje.
We are located in the center of Ljubljana (Vilharjev podhod 1, 1000 Ljubljana).
What is the price of the program?
The monthly fee is 25€ per month.
A 6-month prepayment (150€) is required upon joining, after which the monthly fee renews automatically.
Do I need a referral?
No. All examinations and services included in the PRAVOČASNO program are performed without a referral.
How long do I wait for an appointment?
Most appointments are arranged within 14 days.
Can I join the program in person?
Yes. You may join the program in person at the reception of ZZ Zdravje.

What happens if I don’t use the services?
If you do not use the services during the validity period, the paid amount is non-refundable.
How do follow-up appointments work?
Follow-up examinations are included in some outpatient clinics, while in others they are available at a discounted price.
Booking a follow-up appointment is done through the administration of ZZ Zdravje.
How does booking an appointment work?
Fastest option: through the Pravočasno web application
In the app, select the service and book an available appointment.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your visit.
Booking options without the app:
Phone or in person: you can book an appointment at the reception desk of ZZ Zdravje.
What happens after the first 6 months?
After the initial 6-month period, the program continues automatically with monthly payments charged to your card or your chosen payment method during registration.
